. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of marketplace dynamics and will be responsible for managing day-to-day activities such as product listings, ads, discounts, inventory, order tracking, payments, and driving brand growth through strategic analysis.
Key Responsibilities1. Product Listing Management
Create and optimize product listings with accurate titles, descriptions, pricing, and images.
Ensure listings are compliant with Myntra's guidelines.
Coordinate with the cataloging team for new SKU uploads.
2. Ads Management
Plan and execute ad campaigns on Myntra (Myntra Ads Platform - MAP).
Monitor ad performance and optimize budgets to achieve ROAS targets.
Coordinate with platform account managers for campaign strategy.
3. Discount Management
Strategize and implement discount schemes and offers during sale events and regular cycles.
Ensure timely upload and execution of price changes and deals.
Monitor competitor pricing and align discount strategies accordingly.
4. Inventory Management
Monitor inventory levels to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
Coordinate with warehouse/supply chain teams for replenishment planning.
Manage inwarding, returns, and RTV (Return to Vendor) processes.
5. Order Management
Track and ensure timely fulfillment of orders.
Coordinate with operations for dispatch, returns, and delivery issues.
Resolve customer complaints related to Myntra orders.
6. Payment Reconciliation
Track and verify payments from Myntra against dispatched orders.
Work with the finance team to reconcile returns, commissions, and deductions.
Maintain transparent reporting of revenue and profitability.
7. Brand Growth Management
Coordinate with the Myntra category team to participate in campaigns, events, and visibility opportunities.
Analyze sales trends and identify new opportunities for growth.
Maintain brand hygiene and consistency across the Myntra platform.
8. Sales Analysis
Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports with insights on performance.
Track key KPIs including conversions, cart abandonment, GMV, returns, etc.
Use data to recommend strategic actions to improve performance.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
1-3 years of experience managing Myntra or other major e-commerce platforms.
Strong proficiency in Excel and data analysis.
Familiarity with Myntra Partner Portal (MPP) and Ads Platform.
Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
Good communication and coordination skills with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in fashion/lifestyle category is a plus.
Prior experience working with brand aggregators or agencies handling Myntra operations.
