Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end operations on
Amazon
and
other eCommerce platforms
(Flipkart, Instamart, Blinkit.).
Create, update, and optimise product listings with engaging content, keywords, and images.
Monitor daily sales, orders, returns, and resolve any order-related issues.
Handle
Amazon Seller Central
and other seller panels for uploading new products, managing pricing, and stock levels.
Run and manage
PPC campaigns
on Amazon and other platforms to increase product visibility.
Track and analyze sales performance, making data-driven decisions to improve listings and promotions.
Maintain excellent
account health and compliance
across all marketplaces.
Coordinate with the warehouse/logistics team for timely order dispatch and inventory accuracy.
Research market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth.
Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports across platforms.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
1-3 years of hands-on experience with
Amazon Seller Central
and at least one other marketplace (e.g., ).
Strong knowledge of
eCommerce operations
, listing optimisation, and promotions.
Familiarity with tools like Excel, Helium 10, or marketplace dashboards.
