Job Description

A leading textile industry is looking for E-commerce Executive to manage and enhance our online presence across various e-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for listing textile products, maintaining inventory, handling customer queries, coordinating with logistics partners, and supporting online sales growth through strategic planning and digital marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage product listings, images, descriptions, pricing, and inventory across various e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Shopify, etc.).
Ensure product content is optimized for SEO and visibility.
Coordinate with design and production teams for new product uploads.
Monitor and analyze online sales performance and suggest strategies for improvement.
Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and returns on online platforms.
Coordinate with logistics and courier partners to ensure timely delivery.
Create and run promotional campaigns and discount offers as per the marketing calendar.
Prepare regular sales reports and share insights with the management team.
Track competitors' pricing, promotions, and listings.
Ensure timely replenishment of stock and avoid stock-outs or overstocking.
Work closely with digital marketing teams for performance marketing, email marketing, and social media promotions.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in e-commerce, preferably in the textile/apparel industry.
Strong knowledge of online marketplaces and e-commerce tools.
Familiarity with platforms like Amazon Seller Central, Flip kart Seller Hub, Shopify, etc.
Basic understanding of digital marketing and SEO.
Proficient in Excel and data analysis.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
