We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive who is eager to learn, manage online operations, and contribute to the growth of our digital sales channels. This role is ideal for freshers (0-1 year experience) who are enthusiastic about online retail, digital platforms, and customer experience.
Manage and update product listings across e-commerce platforms and websites
Ensure accurate product descriptions, images, pricing, and stock availability
Monitor daily orders, processing, and fulfilment coordination
Track inventory levels and assist in stock planning
Handle customer queries across email, chat, and marketplaces
Coordinate with logistics partners for smooth deliveries and returns
Assist in running online promotions, offers, and campaigns
Analyse sales performance and prepare basic reports
Ensure platform compliance with policies and best practices
Collaborate with marketing and design teams for banners, creatives, and campaigns
Requirements
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Basic understanding of e-commerce operations and online sales
Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities
Problem-solving mindset and customer-first approach
Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets
Ability to multitask and work under deadlines
Familiarity with platforms like Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart, etc. (good to have, not mandatory)
