Customer Care Executive

and deliver an exceptional customer experience at every touchpoint. This role requires strong communication skills, empathy, and a problem-solving mindset to handle queries, resolve complaints, and ensure a smooth post-purchase journey for our customers.
What You'll do:
Respond promptly to customer queries via email, WhatsApp, calls, and social media DMs.
Manage order tracking, returns, exchanges, and refund processes in line with company policies.
Provide accurate product and order information to assist customers in making purchase decisions.
Record and escalate unresolved issues to the concerned departments for timely resolution.
Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure on-time deliveries and returns.
Share customer insights and feedback with the team to improve processes and product experience.
Who You Are:
Female candidate with 1 - 3 years' experience in customer service, preferably in e-commerce or fashion retail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & Hindi.
Strong problem-solving ability with a customer-first approach.
Familiarity with CRM tools, order management systems, and MS Excel/Google Sheets.
Patient, empathetic, and able to handle challenging situations calmly.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment.
Requirements:
