Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Goregaon for a Customer Service Executive. Responsibilities include providing exceptional customer support and assistance, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, ensuring customer satisfaction, and managing customer service processes effectively. Additionally, you will handle communication with customers, provide solutions, and maintain an excellent standard of service to build and nurture customer relationships.
Qualifications
Experience in Customer Support and Customer Service to promptly address and resolve customer concerns
Proficiency in delivering high levels of Customer Satisfaction and maintaining lasting relationships
Knowledge of Customer Service Management to efficiently handle customer service operations
Excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-oriented mindset
Previous experience in customer-facing roles is an advantage
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented work environment
