We are looking for a smart, responsible, and sales-oriented
E-Commerce Executive
who can independently manage online marketplaces like
Etsy, eBay, Amazon, Alibaba, IndiaMART
, and more.
You will be responsible for uploading products, handling inquiries, converting leads, and growing store sales. This is not a salary-based job--your income will depend on your performance with a
40% net profit share model
.
Key Responsibilities
Manage product listings across platforms (Etsy/eBay/AliExpress/Amazon/Alibaba/IndiaMART).
Handle daily inquiries, chat support, and customer communication.
Convert incoming leads into sales through professional follow-ups.
Understand pricing, margins, and generate profit on every order.
Coordinate with the production team for custom orders and dispatch.
Maintain platform performance standards (ratings, processing time, etc.).
Help in improving store visibility through SEO keywords and listing optimization.
(at least 1-2 platforms).
Good English communication skills (mandatory).
Should understand profit, pricing, and negotiation.
Should be target-oriented and ready to work under the
40% net profit share model
.
Must be responsible, consistent, and willing to grow long-term.
Earning Model (Important)
