Job Title: E-commerce Business Analyst (Commerce Implementation Project) Experience - 4 to 8 Yrs Qualification - B.E / M.E / B.Tech / M.Tech / M.C.A or equivalent Location - Bangalore We are seeking a talented and experienced E-commerce Business Analyst to join our technology consulting practice and be part of an exciting commerce implementation project. As an E-commerce Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our clients\' e-commerce initiatives. Your expertise in leading commerce platforms such as Magento, SAP Hybris, and Salesforce Commerce will be essential in analyzing requirements, optimizing processes, and ensuring the successful implementation of e-commerce systems. Responsibilities Collaborate with clients and project teams to gather and analyze business requirements for e-commerce implementation projects. Evaluate and document current e-commerce processes, systems, and workflows for clients. Conduct research and analysis to identify opportunities for optimization and enhancement of e-commerce platforms. Perform gap analysis and recommend solutions to improve efficiency, usability, and performance of clients\' e-commerce systems. Define and document functional specifications, user stories, and system requirements for e-commerce projects. Work closely with development teams to ensure the successful implementation of new features and enhancements. Conduct testing and quality assurance activities to validate the functionality and integrity of e-commerce systems. Monitor and analyze e-commerce metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends, issues, and areas for improvement. Provide support and training to end-users on e-commerce systems and processes. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in e-commerce technologies and platforms. Qualifications 4-8 years of proven experience as an E-commerce Business Analyst, preferably in a technology consulting firm or similar environment. Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with leading commerce platforms like Magento, SAP Hybris, and Salesforce Commerce. Proficiency in requirements gathering, business process analysis, and system documentation. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management principles. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with clients and project teams. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic consulting environment. Strong organizational skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team Certification on Business Analysis is a plus.
