We're building a culturally inspired, story-driven gifting brand and are looking for someone to take full ownership of the project across all fronts -- online selling, marketing, content, and operations.
This is a startup role for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats, thinking creatively, and building something meaningful from scratch. If you're someone who thrives in dynamic environments and loves blending storytelling with commerce -- this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities: E-commerce & Operations
Manage the Shopify store -- upload products, manage collections, ensure a great user experience
Handle order flow, packaging coordination, stock updates, and customer service
Coordinate with travelers/suppliers to source new culturally rich items
Marketing & Social Media
Plan and execute content and marketing strategies across Instagram, Pinterest, and email
Handle social media posts, reels, and story-driven content
Build an engaged online community that aligns with the brand's values
Run paid promotions and track performance
Brand & Content
Own the tone and voice of the brand across all platforms
Write compelling product descriptions that tell a story
Manage the content calendar and maintain visual consistency
What We're Looking For:
Someone who can work independently and take full ownership of the brand's daily growth
Strong sense of design, storytelling, and content quality
Comfortable with tools like Shopify, Canva, Instagram, and basic analytics
Highly organized, reliable, and proactive in problem-solving
Bonus if you're passionate about culture, travel, and unique stories behind products
