Job Summary:



We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive

E-commerce Account Handler

to manage our brand's presence on

Myntra

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for

end-to-end account management

, including

product listing, cataloging, pricing, inventory management, order processing, return handling, and payment reconciliation

. This role requires a strong understanding of Myntra's seller panel and e-commerce backend operations.

Key Responsibilities:



Product Listing & Cataloging:

Upload and manage SKUs with correct attributes, descriptions, and imagery. Ensure listings are optimized for search visibility and customer experience. Work with the creative/content team to maintain A+ content standards.

Inventory & Pricing Management:

Coordinate with the warehouse to sync stock availability in real time. Maintain pricing and discount strategies based on seasonality, trends, and platform guidelines. Monitor and resolve listing errors, delisting issues, and suppressed listings.

Order & Return Management:

Track daily orders and ensure timely dispatch through the Myntra seller panel. Handle customer returns and coordinate with the warehouse/logistics for reconciliation.

Sales & Promotion Planning:

Coordinate with the Myntra category team for participation in events and promotional campaigns. Analyze sales performance and take actions to boost visibility and conversions.

Payment Reconciliation:

Monitor payouts and deductions; reconcile payment reports from Myntra. Raise disputes for discrepancies in claims, returns, or penalties. Maintain proper records for accounting and audit purposes.

Reporting & Analytics:

Generate and analyze weekly/monthly sales reports, return trends, and operational KPIs. Present insights to management for informed business decisions.

Key Requirements:



Proven experience managing a Myntra seller account is

mandatory

. Strong understanding of Myntra's backend/seller dashboard (CMS/OMS/PO & Payment). Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and basic accounting for reconciliation. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple product lines/categories. Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Business, E-commerce, Fashion, or related field. Experience with other marketplaces (e.g., Ajio, Amazon, Flipkart) is a plus. Familiarity with catalog /content management tools and bulk uploads.
