About the Role

We are seeking an experienced

Dynatrace and Splunk Trainer

to deliver high-quality training sessions to professionals and teams. The trainer will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training modules that enhance participants' skills in application performance monitoring (Dynatrace) and security/observability (Splunk).

Key Responsibilities

Deliver

interactive training sessions

on Dynatrace and Splunk (beginner to advanced levels). Design and maintain

training content, hands-on labs, and exercises

. Assess learner performance and provide

constructive feedback

. Stay updated on the

latest features and best practices

in Dynatrace and Splunk. Support learners with

real-world case studies and project-based learning

.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience working with

Dynatrace (APM, dashboards, problem analysis)

. Strong expertise in

Splunk (search queries, dashboards, reports, alerting, SIEM/SOAR is a plus)

. Prior experience as a

trainer, instructor, or corporate facilitator

is highly desirable. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to explain

complex technical concepts in a simple, engaging way

. Relevant certifications (

Dynatrace Associate/Professional, Splunk Core Certified Power User/Admin

) preferred.

Nice to Have

Experience in

DevOps, Cloud Monitoring, Log Analytics, or Security Monitoring

. Exposure to

enterprise environments

with performance monitoring and security tools. Ability to create

customized training programs

for different audiences.
