o Interface with customer teams to integrate with APM tool to achieve maximum visibility

Perform complete AppD/Dynatrace environment installs, configure transactions and create dashboards

Develop processes to proactively monitor and alert for critical incidents

Support the preparation of test data, testing and debugging of configurations to ensure proper monitoring

Support to troubleshoot core software platform and infrastructure components

Administering AppD /Dynatrace Apps to include developing new or extending existing Apps to perform specialized functionality

Primary Skill

o 5+ Yers of over all APM experience with 3+ years in AppDynamics / Dynatrace.

Have lead AppDynamics / Dynatrace implementation in big organizations.

Ability to own technical discussion, analyse the AppDynamics /Dynatrace implementation possibilities and limitations, with different Products or Platform teams.

Configure AppDynamics / Dynatrace to monitor java and .Net Applications deployment on Windows and Linux Operating Systems.

Good knowledge on various Front Ends, Backends, Databases, Middleware, Integration Points, Cloud Architecture.
