Role description

We are seeking a skilled

Dynatrace Administrator

with strong expertise in performance monitoring, troubleshooting, and automation on the Dynatrace platform. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with the latest Dynatrace capabilities, scripting, and Azure cloud, along with the ability to support enterprise-grade monitoring environments.

Key Responsibilities

Implement, configure, and maintain the Dynatrace platform, including OneAgent upgrades and environment setup. Manage

custom metrics, log events, tagging, anomaly detection, and problem analysis

for proactive performance monitoring. Develop automation scripts using

PowerShell

and leverage

REST APIs

for workload automation. Configure

Synthetic Monitors

for APIs, external websites, HTTP monitors, and Browser Clickpath monitors. Utilize

Workflows and Notebooks

within Dynatrace to meet monitoring and reporting needs. Work with

Dynatrace Query Language (DQL)

and

Dynatrace Pattern Language (DPL)

to extract metrics and events. Configure

OpenTelemetry collectors

to export logs from ElasticSearch and third-party providers into Dynatrace. Manage monitoring for

Azure Kubernetes Services (AKS)

and integrate with Dynatrace App for AKS. Configure Dynatrace OneAgent for

Azure Web Apps, Functions, and other Azure services

. Leverage the

Dynatrace Automation module

(EdgeConnect App, ServiceNow integration) for automated problem resolution. Onboard

web and mobile applications (Android, iOS)

to Dynatrace for

Real User Monitoring (RUM)

and

Session Replay

.

Mandatory Skills

Strong, hands-on

Dynatrace expertise

in implementation, troubleshooting, and advanced monitoring. Scripting expertise in

PowerShell

and automation using

REST APIs

. Experience with

Azure Cloud

environments and services. Knowledge of

ElasticSearch

integration for log management. Hands-on experience with

AKS

, OneAgent setup, and application onboarding.
