Your Role

Lead end-to-end Dynamics365 CCaaS implementation projects including requirement gathering, configuration, integration, and post-go-live support. Design and develop scalable Dynamics365 solutions integrated with Microsoft Power Platform and third-party applications. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior consultants. Collaborate with clients to translate business needs into effective Dynamics365 solutions. Conduct workshops, demos, and training sessions for stakeholders.

Your Profile

4-6 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics365 implementations. Strong expertise in at least two modules (Sales, Customer Service, Finance, SCM). Proficient in Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI). Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals + one specialty certification. Familiarity with Azure services and DevOps practices.
