Job Description

We are seeking to engage two senior Dynamics CRM Technical Consultants with a minimum of 5+ years of hands?on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365. The consultants will play a critical role in delivering high?quality solutions across Field Service, RSO Add?in, and Power Pages modules, ensuring seamless integration and operational efficiency for client projects.

Role Specifications

Primary Skills

Dynamics 365 Field Service + RSO Add?in

Expertise in configuring and customizing Field Service applications.

Strong knowledge of Resource Scheduling Optimization (RSO) add?in for workforce planning.

Ability to design and implement scheduling rules, optimization goals, and resource utilization strategies.

Dynamics 365 Field Service

End?to?end implementation experience in Field Service modules.

Proficiency in work order management, asset tracking, preventive maintenance, and mobile app configuration.

Integration with CRM and ERP systems for service lifecycle management.

Power Pages (Strong) + CRM (Alternate/Overlap)

Advanced skills in Power Pages development for customer?facing portals.

Strong CRM integration capabilities, including authentication, data modeling, and workflows.

Ability to deliver scalable, secure, and user?friendly portal solutions.

Additional Requirements

Experience: Minimum 5+ years in Dynamics CRM technical development and solution delivery.

Job Location: Remote (preferred for flexibility and global collaboration).

Shift Timings: 3:00 PM - 12:00 AM IST or 4:00 PM - 1:00 AM IST (to ensure overlap with client business hours).

Engagement Type: Contract / Freelance / Full?time (depending on client requirement).

Start Date: Immediate (January 2026).

Key Deliverables

Customization and configuration of Dynamics 365 Field Service and RSO Add?in.

Development of Power Pages portals integrated with CRM.

Optimization of resource scheduling and service delivery processes.

Documentation, testing, and deployment of solutions in alignment with client standards.

Ongoing support during overlapping shift hours to ensure smooth operations.

Job Types: Contractual / Temporary, Freelance
Contract length: 10 months

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per month
