The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing and customizing Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F&O) solutions to meet the specific needs of our clients. This role requires a deep understanding of business processes, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyse and document business requirements and processes.
Design and implement Dynamics 365 F&O solutions (Finance Modules) to meet client needs.
Customize and configure Dynamics 365 F&O Finance Modules
Provide training and support to end-users.
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration with other systems.
Conduct system testing and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance.
Stay updated with the latest features and updates in Dynamics 365 F&O.
Educational Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, BCom, Information Technology, or a related field.
Strong understanding of finance and operations processes.
Proficiency in configuring and customizing Dynamics 365 F&O modules.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Years of Experience
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Dynamics 365 F&O Functional Consultant.
Other requirements
Experience with Power Platform and other Microsoft technologies.
Knowledge of project management methodologies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
Education
Bachelor's Degree: Information Technology (Required)
