Key Responsibilities:

+ Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to Finance and Operations modules + Configure and customize D365 F&O modules (Finance, SCM, Procurement, Inventory, etc.)
+ Facilitate client workshops, gap-fit analysis, and functional design documentation
+ Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders
+ Work closely with the technical team to ensure proper implementation of solutions
+ Participate in data migration, testing, and go-live support
+ Collaborate with clients based in the US, Europe, and the Middle East for project delivery

Required Skills & Experience:

+ Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field + 3+ years of experience as a Functional Consultant in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) or AX 2012
+ Strong understanding of Finance, Procurement, Inventory, and Supply Chain modules
+ Experience in full-cycle D365 F&O implementations
+ Excellent communication and documentation skills
+ Ability to interact directly with clients and handle requirements independently
+ Microsoft certification in Dynamics 365 F&O (preferred but not mandatory)
