s. The role involves delivering high-quality CRM customizations and integrations aligned with business needs.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
5-8 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service.
Strong techno-functional expertise in Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform.
Experience with Dataverse, security roles, business rules, and workflows.
Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
