Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Customer Insights Specialist to lead and support
the implementation, customization, and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer
Insights. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background in Customer Data
Platforms (CDPs), data integration, and customer journey analytics, with the ability to
transform complex customer data into actionable insights that drive business growth.
This is a strategic and hands-on role, requiring close collaboration with cross-functional teams to
deliver end-to-end customer intelligence solutions that enhance engagement, personalization, and
business performance.
Key Responsibilities:
? Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer
Insights solutions.
? Integrate data from diverse systems such as CRM, ERP, web platforms, and social
channels into Customer Insights.
? Build and maintain unified customer profiles and segmentation models to support
marketing, sales, and service initiatives.
? Collaborate with business stakeholders to define KPIs, develop dashboards, and
generate insights-driven reports.
? Customize and extend Customer Insights functionality using Microsoft Power Platform
-- including Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Apps.
? Ensure data accuracy, governance, and compliance with regulatory standards such as
GDPR and CCPA.
? Provide technical training, documentation, and support to internal teams on Customer
Insights tools and best practices.
? Stay up to date with Microsoft's product roadmap, updates, and emerging technologies
within the Dynamics 365 ecosystem.
Required Qualifications:
? 7-8 years of overall IT experience, with 2-3 years of hands-on work in Microsoft
Dynamics 365 Customer Insights.
? Strong understanding of Customer Data Platforms (CDP), data modeling, and
customer segmentation.
? Experience with Power Platform tools -- Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Apps.
? Expertise in data integration technologies such as Azure Data Factory, Power Query,
or Logic Apps.
? Practical knowledge of Azure Data Services and Dynamics 365 CRM integration.
? Familiarity with data privacy regulations and enterprise-grade data governance
frameworks.
? Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
? Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 or Customer Insights are highly desirable.
Preferred Skills:
? Experience in retail, financial services, or healthcare domains.
? Understanding of AI and ML capabilities within Dynamics 365 Customer Insights for
predictive analytics.
? Prior experience working in Agile or hybrid environments.
? Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality solutions within set
timelines.
