Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Proven experience as a Dynamics 365 CE Consultant with a track record of successful implementations. Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE modules, including Sales, Customer Service, and Field Service. Proficiency in customizing and configuring Dynamics 365 CE using tools like X++ programming, Power Platform, and LCS. Experience with integration technologies and methodologies, such as Azure Logic Apps, Data Entities, and OData. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions. Effective communication skills to interact with clients, team members, and stakeholders. Relevant Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 CE are a plus. Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment

Responsibilities

The Dynamics 365 CE Functional Consultant in Kochi will be responsible for:


Deployment, implementation, Design, and Functional Configuration within Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions on all versions Managing a growing pipeline of MS Dynamics 365 projects Demonstrations, workshops, and high-level client delivery Responsible for implementation of design and solutions of Microsoft Dynamics 365 projects on customer sites working across Proof of Concepts, Design, development, Customizations, Workshops, and Support Work with all facets of the Power Platform Offering a consultative approach listening to client requirements and delivering accordingly * Might be required to operate in a Business Analysis role working closely with customers to define requirements, create reports and documentation
