What You'll Do:
Source & Engage: Proactively identify, attract, and engage top talent for diverse ITES/BPS domains
Screen & Qualify: Conduct thorough candidate assessments to match skills and aspirations with client requirements.
Pipeline Management: Efficiently manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from initial contact to successful offer closure.
Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed recruitment targets in a dynamic, results-oriented environment.
