Position: Dynamic Entrepreneurial Skills Trainers, Teachers, Writers, Media Makers: Enterprise Skills, Technology Teaching Fellows - Empower Girls with Content Skills, Design Skills in Government Schools.

Locations:

Bengaluru

Engagement Type:

Per Session | On-site in Government Schools and/or RS 25-35,000/Per month.

Experience:

2-15 years (preferred backgrounds: writing, teaching, life skills, design, communication, media, film, coding, computer science, engineering, design, digital media, online safety, IT education, or STEM/STEAM teaching)

Languages:

Fluency in local language and English required

Technology:

Must be confident using and teaching mobile apps, laptops, digital media tools, and web-based technologies

The Role: Teaching young people the skills they need to stay in school and transition from school to sustainable enterprise of her choice.

We are hiring

Dynamic Experienced Writers, Teachers, Entrepreneurs

to go to Government Schools directly and teach girls directly in Government Schools, delivering engaging lessons, that we provide, through stories, games, homework assignments and technology.

Your role will be to

teach on-site

, bringing technology to life through real-world projects and problem-solving. You'll work through our story-led tech curriculum using laptops, tablets, games and interactive tools. Each day, you'll help girls imagine, design, and build tech solutions for the world around them.

This is a

field-based role

--you must be present in schools to deliver sessions, build trust, and guide learning in real time.

Responsibilities

Teach integrated digital life STEM skills, sustainable enterprise skills to solve for climate change

Introduce girls to new technologies

Have a media, writing, video-making streak go light

Maintain attendance and session reports, write story field updates

Track student progress and assist with documentation of project outcomes

Adapt lessons to school settings, teaching indoors or outdoors as needed

Ideal Candidate

? Passionate about teaching technology to first-generation learners

? Deeply curious and willing to learn fast

? Skilled at engaging students with humour, empathy, and clarity

? Fluent in English and the local language

? Comfortable using mobile and web platforms for logging sessions and sharing content

? Creative, grounded in reality, and driven to make technology inclusive
