Customize entities, forms, views, dashboards, and business process flows
Develop client-side scripting using
JavaScript
Build and maintain
Power Apps (Model-Driven Apps)
Automate processes using
Power Automate
Work with
Dataverse
, security roles, and data models
Integrate D365 with third-party applications using
Web API / REST services
Troubleshoot, optimize, and support CRM solutions
Collaborate with functional consultants and business users
Required Qualifications
3+ years of hands-on experience with
Dynamics 365 Sales
Strong experience in
Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
Proficiency in
C#, Plugins, Custom Workflows
Good knowledge of
JavaScript
Experience with
Dataverse
and CRM security concepts
Understanding of CRM deployment and solution management
Preferred Qualifications
Microsoft certifications:
PL-400 / MB-210
Experience with
Azure integrations
Exposure to
Agile/Scrum
