Ensuring
Statutory Compliances
(PF, ESIC, PT, etc.) and timely filing/registrations on respective portals.
Coordination & Communication
with employees at multiple project locations to resolve HR-related queries.
Liaising with
clients
to understand and fulfill HR requirements at project sites.
Managing
Contract Labour Licensing
and related statutory documentation.
Overseeing
site-level arrangements
such as accommodation, fooding, vehicles, and vendor development.
Monitoring and managing
Biometric Attendance Systems
across sites.
Supporting HR operations for
Toll Plaza projects
, ensuring manpower availability and smooth functioning.
Traveling to different project sites as and when required.
Candidate Profile:
Graduate / Post Graduate / HR Degree or equivalent qualification.
Experience:
5 - 10 years in HR operations.
Prior experience in
Toll Plaza Operations HR
will be given preference.
Candidates with HR operations experience in
infrastructure / project-based industries
may also apply.
Strong knowledge of statutory compliance, labour laws, and HR operations.
Excellent communication, coordination, and people management skills.
Flexibility to travel frequently to project sites.
