Qualification B.Tech / B.E (Civil)


Location Ahmedabad (25-30 Kms from Shilaj)


Experience Min 10 years and above in projects specially in Villas


Profile
Project Planning , Scheduling and monitoring



Project execution with cost ,time, quality, quantity and safety


parameters



Project Budgetings and approvals



Project Designs discussions and co ordinations with consultants and


clients



Inviting and scrutinizing tenders, preparation of recommendations and


awarding the contracts and execution of same within same parameters


of Tenders



Preparation of Techno Commercial to analyze proper selection of


equipment at optimized cost



Project management and site engineering



Preparation of site activity records and maintaining proper site records



Heading the team of contractors and Junior Engineers



Selection of contractors



Finalization of Sample and Mock up approvals in consultation with


Architects Consultants and Clients



Co ordination of site construction Interiors Structural Plumbing, and


Utility related requirement like lifts, water plants etc .



Co ordination with Account section for inform to Required funding


for completion part of the project.
