Experience: 8 - 15 years, Work experience in HVAC Product Manufacturing company in purchase dept. with SAP ERP system is must.

Age - 25 to 30

Job Purpose: To be responsible for Managing

Imports Raw material Purchase

& Procurement functions for the HVAC product factory.

Reports to: Purchase Head

Location - Manufacturing plant near Taloja.

Locate vendors of materials, equipment, or supplies, and interview & negotiate with them in order to determine product availability and terms of sales. Prepare and process purchase requisitions and purchase orders timely. Track, review & follow up in order to ensure timely delivery of material as per production schedule. Work on cost reduction & value engineering projects Develop and implement purchasing and contract management instructions, policies, and procedures. Participate in the development of specifications for equipment, products or substitute materials. Resolve vendor or contractor grievances and claims against suppliers. Represent companies in negotiating contracts and formulating policies with suppliers.
