Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
1. Must have hands on experience on plastic & Rubber component development with suppliers
2 . Drawing Study & manufacturing process feasibility to be ensured on new design component of plastic & rubber commodity
3. Send RFQ to panel suppliers, do quote analysis & technical sign off with suppliers & Submit all commercial to SSU team for plastic & rubber category Parts
4. Interact with mutliple stakeholder internal & external & multilocation plants to get the work done on time.
5. End to end responsibility of part development, process audits , VPPAP closure & capacity readiness , PR /PO Release & payment to suppliers & handover of components to supply chain team.
6. Should have good understanding & Experiece on Plastoc & Rubber die design & development. Also should have experience in Fixtures & gauge design & development
7. Project Milestone timelines to be adhered for respective projects.

6. Cost estimation of component and toolings of ruuber , plastic and delivery as per target cost .
7. Knowledge of strong supplier base rubber , plastic parts
8. Computer proficient and MIS release of commodity of key deliverable assignment
