Job Description
Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
- Expertise in GD&T
- Conducting Technical review with Suppliers for Technical Sign off
- Experience in identifying Proper FTG. (Facilities, tools & gauges) and approval.
- Conduct DFMEA review with Design & supplier and action plan implementation
- Experience in Project Management as per APQP timeline.
- Experience In APQP process & execution.
- Conduction APQP review and solve the issues.
- Conduct PFMEA review and implement process control at Supplier.
- Proto part / Production part inspection and approval.
- Monitor DVP execution at Supplier.
- Experience in Quality Concern resolution & implementation (Global 8D).
- Conduct Production Trial Run at Supplier and Approve PPAP.
- Conduct Process Capability Study and approve the process.
- Monitor Supplier Quality Performance and action plan implementation. (PPM / Warranty / Rejection ect.)
M.E. / M.Tech \xc3\x82\xc2\x96 3-5 yrs.
B.Tech/ B.E. \xc3\x82\xc2\x96 6-8 yrs.
Industry Preferred
OEM/Automobile
Qualifications
BE /B.Tech/ M.E. / M.Tech \xc3\x82\xc2\x96 Mechanical/Production/
Automobile/ I.E.
A PG in Operations Mgmt. will be an added advantage
