A leading NSE/BSE-listed real estate group invites applications for the following position in luxury commercial property, on the company's permanent rolls.
Position: Dy Manager - Technical Facilities

Responsibilities
Manage daily operations of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, DG/UPS, lifts, CCTV, fire safety, BMS, and related building systems.
Execute preventive and corrective maintenance, statutory compliance, documentation, and audits.
Oversee soft services--housekeeping, pantry, security, pest control, front office, waste management, and events--ensuring hygiene, safety, and service quality.
Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and building teams; monitor SLAs/KPIs, negotiate quotes, and support CAPEX/OPEX planning.
Maintain asset records, AMCs, consumables, and spares; manage inventory, cost control, and timely replenishment.
Serve as the central contact for FM operations, resolve escalations, and collaborate with internal teams for seamless centre operations.
Qualification & Experience
Diploma/Graduate in Engineering with 6 - 8 years of experience in technical and soft services--preferably corporate, commercial real estate.
Strong knowledge of MEP systems, vendor & inventory management, compliance, and facility operations.

Pay: ?600,000.00 - ?800,000.00 per year
