The Mechatronics, Mirrors and Lighting group specializes in automotive technologies that are driving the future of mobility. Job Responsibilities:

Review and expedite GAUGE inspection at supplier end for all key performance dimensions to avoid product failure at Magna assy. Line. Review and ensure Supplier continuous improvement in terms of PPM, Supplier performance rating (erfx) activities through QPF. Review and ensure Supplier Team to drive the Red supplier improvements, Supplier PPM reduction, Supplier NMCR reduction, Supplier performance rating (erfx) improvements activities through QPF. Review and ensure LCS, FRB, New Program open issues are closed timely manner. Review and ensure Supplier Risk assessment carried is out once in 6 months and supplier audit plan updated accordingly. Review and ensure compliance to MAFACT process. Review and ensure all the Customer related audit points closure on timely manner and improvements points considered for systemic closure and documents updating wrt. IATF, MAFACT and other Customer audits. Review and ensure continuous improvement process at supplier end based on GLOBAL and Internal lesson learned data.
