Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Managing in various activities in shifts in Transmission /Gear Box assembly plant. Regular interaction with Tractor, SM, PPC, Maintenance and Quality. Ensuring effective communication with Workmen/DET for building cordial relationship. Planning of Process, ensuring no defect, on time delivery, Troubleshooting & improvements in Assembly processes Ensuring First Time Right product & services, Everything Right and Differentiated customer experience. Ensuring smooth Productionizing of new product & applicable quality standards. Ensure BOM validation with Process, PDRDS team and on time ER implementation. Ensure & maintain Health, Morale & Safety of employees in Transmission Assy. Ensure & monitor monthly consumption of Consumables, hand tools, gauges etc in view of cost control. Ensuring system documentation under TS16949, ISO 14001 & OHSAS 18001, AFSM and TPM requirement in the department. Coordinate & provide supporting hand to customers. Ensure active participation of all employees in several improvement projects such as QC stories, OIT, CIT, Kaizens etc and contributing to revenue savings. Ensuring effective co-ordination for calibration of tools, gauges and torque wrenches as per schedule. Ensure Analysing customer complaints, line rejection and taking corrective actions. Ensure focus on SAFETY of MAN, MACHINE and EQUIPMENT Ensure smooth Quarterly and Annual Inventory of Finished Goods and material.

Ensure and monitor no transmission and tractor for rework more than 24hr.

Experience

Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 5-8 years of experience, OR

B.E. in Mechanical Engineering/Automobile with 4-8 years of experience

Industry Preferred
