Responsibility 1 -Coordination

Work standard -

Responsible for all resource planning i.e. material planning, manpower planning,

project monitoring, progress updating.

Planning, monitoring & preparing work schedules as per contract.

Responsible for preparation of detailed work plan based on project objectives & contractual

specifications & develop a schedule using MS-Project & Primavera.

Assess the viability or alternative design & construction techniques/methods.

Produce estimates/cost plans/budgets for viability assessment by concerned

authority.

Responsibility 2 -

Work standard -

Preparing work packages, documentation and quality requirements for tender by

potential sub contractors.

Evaluating sub contractors to ensure capacity & capability to carry out the work.

Monitoring design and estimated costs with project estimate/price on an ongoing basis.

Attending day to day problems related to Progress at site.

Completion of planning and ensuring execution of project within the laid down

schedule time.

Selection of appropriate tools and sequence of plans, which can help out the project

in its success.

Analyse the local environments and various sites for systematic solutions.

Make proper changes in the project or contract when needed.

Preparing Annual forecast for monthly Sale value.

Suggest and assist the specific systems on their development.

Check the report and time span of completed work from the projected one.
