Summary of description

1. Processing of Indents (Sales Orders) by Technical Order Documentation.
2. Converting Customer's requirements received through Indents from TSS, into documents required by Customers.
3. Preparation & Submission of project drawings as required by Customer/Consultants.
4. Preparation of Base frames/Motor Lantern drawings & other major bought out items & the same to be released for procurement I manufacturing.
5. Coordinating with Mechanical seal vendors and Client for expediting document submission and approval.
6. Expediting document approvals from Customer / Consultants & updating document submission schedules regularly
6. Review & approval of pump data sheets, performance curves & further submission to
Clients I Consultants for their approvals
7. Review of aggregate part list w.r.t. approved / final documents and drawings.
8. Update existing documents for "As Built" corrections reported by QM I Production
9. To attend meeting with customers for technical discussions.
