Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Utility Management:

- Oversee the operation, maintenance, and repair of utility systems including electricity, water, and HVAC.
- Ensure efficient utilization of resources and manage utility budgets and expenditures.

Electrical Compliance:

- Ensure all electrical systems comply with local and national standards and regulations.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance.
- Prepare and maintain documentation related to electrical compliance.

Maintenance and Troubleshooting:

- Perform routine maintenance on electrical systems to prevent downtime.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues and implement necessary repairs.
- Develop and execute preventive maintenance plans.

Project Management:

- Lead or participate in projects to upgrade electrical systems and infrastructure.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external contractors for project execution.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion.

Safety and Training:

- Promote safety culture and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
- Conduct training sessions for the maintenance team on electrical safety and best practices.

Documentation and Reporting:

- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, compliance checks, and projects
