Job Responsibility

Role purpose
A core element of Vodafone\'s HR strategy is to deliver world class processes through its global HR systems supporting Vodafone\'s transformation from a Telecommunications company to a tech communication one.
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR IT SuccessFactors Product Manager with a specialized focus on M&A projects and is accountable for the end-to-end demand, design, build, deploy and run of our major IT HR M&A Projects. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in aligning and optimizing our human resources technology, specifically the SuccessFactors suite, to support the company\'s growth through mergers and acquisitions. This role requires a deep understanding of HR technology, project management expertise, and the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.

Specific Responsibilities:
1.M&A Strategy Integration:

  • Collaborate with HR and IT leadership to understand the company\'s M&A strategy and objectives.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive plan to integrate SuccessFactors solutions into newly acquired entities.
2.Product Management:
  • Oversee the entire SuccessFactors product lifecycle, ensuring alignment with business goals and industry best practices.
  • Provide subject matter expertise on SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central, Recruiting, Learning, and Performance Management.
3.Project Leadership:
  • Lead and manage end-to-end M&A projects related to SuccessFactors implementation, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, HR, legal, and finance, to drive project success.
4.Stakeholder Engagement:
  • Engage with key stakeholders to understand their requirements and concerns related to SuccessFactors.
  • Provide regular updates to senior leadership on project progress, challenges, and successes.
5.Change Management:
  • Develop and execute change management strategies to ensure a smooth transition for employees during M&A activities.
  • Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support to end-users.
6.Vendor Management:\xe2\x80\xa2Work closely with SuccessFactors vendors to stay informed about updates, enhancements, and new features.
  • Evaluate and recommend additional HR IT solutions that align with the company\'s evolving needs.
