Person shall handle phone, internet and face to face interactions with International customers & internal team. Shall network with all groups & departments involved in customer orders, processing and back-end support. To Support sales and development departments for all documentation related activities.
Coordinate for arranging logistics for supply of goods & identifying opportunities for cost optimization in logistics and other activities.
Liaising with customers for their statutory requirements. Dealing with adjustments if any for credit / debit notes.
Escalating any complaints, Updating customer database, To use CRM.
Manage MIS for all activities and present it on a regular basis. Manage ISO activities in line with system requirements.
