• Attend external as well as ICO complaints, perfrom root cause analysis & bring to settlement(accepted/rejected)
• Attend customer warranty claims, visit to attend the claims as required, perform analysis & bring to settlement(accepted/rejected)
• Handle APQP, PPAP & strengthen safe launch process.
• Provide requested report to customers & BA on defined intervals.
• Perform dock audit to ensure only quality products deliveries to customer. Also ensure PDIR & 3.1 certificates along with the deliveries.
• Lead customer visits/audit & ensure the success of visit/audit through prior alignment with internal stakeholders.
• Maintain customer Q related data handy for audits.
• Any assignments given by management for organization interest.
• Coordination with other departments for quality /other resolution.

QualificationsBachelor in EnggineringAdditional Information07-09 years of experience in Process & customer quality.Prefer to have past experience from rubber Industry especially from belt manufaturing.
Experience of handling OEM\'s - MSIL,SMG, VECV, TATA Motors, M & M, Ashok Leyland etc.Ready to drive with Continental? Take the first step and fill in the online application.
