Take up industry issue with the central government from time to time, interact with members, collect / source data, Prepare submission etc.,
Meeting
:
Organizes meetings, prepares agendas, distributes materials, takes minutes, and ensures follow-up on actions.
Communication
:
Interface with all central & state Government departments, ministries and other institutional bodies to further the cause of the association and its members.
Acts as a central point for internal and external correspondence, liaises with government members, organizations, and stakeholders, and drafts official communications/submissions.
Programs and Government Grants
To ensure involvement and receipt of Government grants and subsidies for Exhibitions, Buyer Seller Meets, Overseas Delegations etc.
Record Keeping
:
Maintains official records, archives, membership data, financial documents, and ensures confidentiality.
Administrative
:
Manages office procedures, implements new systems, handles correspondence (mail, email, calls) etc Coordinate with HO and regions.
Oversees the execution of policies and strategic visions set by the board. Any other tasks that may be assigned from time to time by the Office bearers/convener of committees/Secretary General
Key Skills & Qualities
Excellent organization and time management, Strong written and verbal communication, Attention to detail and discretion, Ability to manage priorities and complex workloads, and Leadership and staff supervision (for senior roles).
