ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for passionate, enthusiastic Multi Solution Architect for delivery and consulting as part of DXP practice. Candidate will be responsible for working directly with practice lead, customers, and prospects to understand the business problems and opportunities, providing innovative technical solution. Candidate will be responsible for following:

Work closely with clients, BAs to understand customer requirements and build Solution and architecture Contribute to Customer's digital marketing strategies based on industry best practices and PoVs Expertise WCM, services-based architecture, REST, Web analytics, personalization and commerce Innovative thinker and desire to help us build out a new Go to market offerings and practices Identifying opportunities for accelerator, innovation, and automation

Qualifications

12 to 16 years overall experience and 5+ years development experience using any WCM 3+ years of hands-on experience with AEM 1+ years of hands-on experience as an Architect in a delivery team Great business analysis skills with architecture and implementation experience Requirement analysis, conceptual, logical, and detailed design skills Functional understanding of customer journey Understanding of technology blocks of digital marketing ecosystem and ability to define scalable platform approach

Desirable skills

Target Implementation experience Understanding of launch and Adobe analytics Experience of leading discovery workshops Experience with software design patterns is advantageous Agile Development Methodology experience is advantageous Implementation experience of a commerce solution with AEM

Soft Skills

Excellent verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills Strong skills to effectively interface with client. Strong collaboration and team leading skills Strong conflict resolution and negotiation skills Self-motivated and able to work with minimal direction
