Senior Sitecore XM Cloud Developer & Solutions Architect

Location :Fully Remote (No travel required)

Note : Flexible location with ability to overlap at least 3-4 hours with US Eastern Timezone for meetings and collaboration

Contract Duration : 1yr with potential for extension

Overview:

Lead a major Drupal ₹ Sitecore XM Cloud migration with a modern headless stack (XM Cloud, CDP/Personalize, Search, Next.js 14/15, Vercel).

This senior role requires hands-on Sitecore composable stack expertise (not legacy XM/XP) and the ability to architect enterprise-scale, cloud-native solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Architect and lead Sitecore composable DXP (XM Cloud, CDP/Personalize, Search).

Drive migration strategy (Drupal ₹ Sitecore): content modeling, component migration, SEO preservation.

Implement advanced Next.js frontend on Vercel (SSR/SSG/ISR, App Router, Server Components).

Design and optimize personalization, real-time customer data flows, and enterprise search experiences.

Define and enforce solution architecture, integration patterns, and technical governance.

Leverage AI-assisted tools (Copilot, Claude, Gemini, etc.) for code, migration scripts, and documentation.

Ensure high performance (sub-200ms response times) and scalability across global deployments.

Required Expertise:

5+ years Sitecore, incl. 2-3 years Sitecore XM Cloud (production).

Deep hands-on skills in XM Cloud, CDP/Personalize, Sitecore Search.

Strong GraphQL, JSS, and Next.js (14/15) expertise.

Proven Drupal/legacy CMS to Sitecore migration experience at enterprise scale.

CI/CD with Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions, Vercel deployments, performance optimization.

Strong leadership, architecture, and client-facing communication.

Highly Desirable Qualifications

Sitecore XM Cloud certifications, Content Hub, AI-powered workflows, e-commerce integrations, multi-language site experience.

Pay: ₹2,500,000.00 - ₹4,000,000.00 per year
