Job Purpose
To provide equity advisory services, arranging equity capital and placement of both private and listed equity securities to investors, and maintaining relationships with Wholesale Banking clients of the bank in order to attain the bank's objective of Brand leadership.
Job Responsibilities

• Mandate winning - Ability to connect with Promoters & Clients with strong influencing abilities. To negotiate and win mandates for M&A and capital raising assignments
• Mandate execution - Overall in-charge of the transaction until deal closure. Collateral preparation, investor strategy & negotiations, investor & client management, deal documentation, coordination with all the agencies etc.
• Work integrally with capital markets and syndication teams for generating new mandates and assisting them in its execution
• Good team player and mentoring of team members

Educational Qualifications

• Graduation: Any
• MBA/CA from premiere institute

Key Skills

• Track record of having closed multiple transactions in the past - Capital Markets (IPO, buyback et.c), Private Equity and M&A
• Strong sector understanding of the domains that have been worked within
• Good understanding of relevant SEBI regulations, Companies Act and other statutory bodies for enabling appropriate solutions for clients
• High ideation capabilities with a proven ability to successfully execute them
• Strong relationship and communication skills
• Maintain and enforce high levels of compliance standards
