Position: Duty Officer

Location: Pacific Mall Dehradun/ Centrio Mall Dehradun

Experience: 1 to 3 years in Guest Handling

Qualification: Graduate or Diploma in Hotel Management

Shift: Rotational.

Job Responsibilities:

-Ensure smooth daily operations at the cinema

-Supervise staff and assist in team coordination

-Handle guest queries, concerns, and feedback efficiently

-Maintain high standards of customer service

-Assist in managing ticketing, concessions, and guest flow.

-Vendor and Inventory Management Reservations & Revenue Management.

-Conflict Resolution Handling Guest Complaints Professionally.

-Hospitality Excellence Quality Service Delivery.

-Leadership & Team Management.
