to manage daily cinema operations, ensure superior guest experience, and lead frontline staff. The role involves supervising floor activities, coordinating between departments, and ensuring smooth functioning of the multiplex in line with Inox standards.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day operations of the multiplex (Box Office, Concessions, Floor, and Projection areas).
Ensure seamless customer service and resolve guest concerns promptly.
Supervise, guide, and motivate team members during shifts.
Monitor adherence to SOPs, safety, and hygiene standards.
Coordinate staff scheduling, attendance, and shift planning.
Maintain operational checklists, reports, and cash handling accuracy.
Support execution of promotions, events, and special screenings.
Ensure compliance with company policies and operational excellence standards.
Act as the point of contact for escalations during assigned shifts.
Qualifications & Skills
Graduate in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.
2-5 years of experience in operations, preferably in multiplex, hospitality, or retail industries.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
