Assist fertility specialists during IVF, IUI, and related procedures
Prepare patients physically and emotionally for fertility treatments
Monitor and record vital signs and patient conditions
Administer medications as prescribed (hormonal injections, IV fluids, etc.)
Maintain accurate patient records and IVF treatment charts
Educate patients on medication schedules, injections, and follow-up care
Handle and store medications according to IVF and safety protocols
Maintain strict infection control and sterilization standards
Assist in OT procedures such as egg retrieval and embryo transfer
Coordinate with doctors, embryologists, and lab staff
Support patients during recovery and observe for complications
Ensure proper handling of specimens and documentation
Maintain confidentiality and ethical standards
Day Duty - Roles
Prepare patients for IVF, IUI, scans, and procedures
Assist doctors during OPD consultations and procedures
Administer medications and injections as per treatment plan
Coordinate with embryology and lab departments
Maintain and update patient files and treatment records
Night Duty - Roles
Monitor admitted patients and post-procedure cases
Administer scheduled medications and injections
Observe for complications (pain, bleeding, OHSS symptoms)
Respond to patient emergencies and inform the doctor on call
Maintain nursing notes and handover reports
Ensure patient comfort, safety, and emotional support
Monitor vital signs and fluid intake/output
Maintain ward cleanliness and equipment readiness
