Attend to patients in OPD, IPD, Emergency, ICU, and wards during duty hours
Perform initial assessment, diagnosis, and management of medical and surgical emergencies
Provide immediate life-saving interventions when required
Monitor admitted patients and update treatment plans as advised by consultants
Assist consultants during rounds, procedures, and surgeries
Respond to code blue and emergency calls promptly
Patient Care & Monitoring
Ensure timely admission, discharge, and transfer of patients
Regularly monitor vital signs and clinical progress
Counsel patients and relatives regarding treatment and condition
Ensure continuity of care during shift handovers
Documentation & Records
Maintain accurate and complete medical records
Prepare admission notes, progress notes, discharge summaries, and medico-legal documentation
Ensure proper consent forms are obtained and documented
