Job Summary:

The Duty Medical Officer (DMO) is responsible for providing round-the-clock medical care to patients, attending to emergencies, assisting in clinical procedures, and coordinating with consultants and nursing staff to ensure the highest standards of patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide continuous medical care to inpatients and attend to emergency cases. Perform initial patient assessment and stabilization. Monitor patient conditions and update consultants on progress or concerns. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, charts, and reports. Assist in medical and surgical procedures as required. Ensure timely execution of medical orders and instructions from consultants. Coordinate with nursing staff, technicians, and other departments for effective patient management. Respond to code blue and other medical emergencies. Supervise admission, discharge, and transfer of patients. Participate in clinical audits, CMEs, and quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

MBBS

from a recognized university/institution. Registered with [Medical Council Name]. Valid medical license to practice.

Experience:

0-3 years of experience as a Medical Officer (freshers may be considered based on performance). Prior experience in emergency/ICU settings is an added advantage.

Work Schedule:

Rotational shifts (Day/Night/On-call as per duty roster)

Remuneration:

Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
