Examine, diagnose, and treat patients during assigned duty hours
Handle medical emergencies and provide immediate care
Perform regular ward rounds and monitor patient progress
Prescribe medications and ensure proper treatment plans
Coordinate with consultants, nursing staff, and paramedical teams
Maintain accurate patient records and medical documentation
Ensure compliance with hospital policies and medical protocols
Assist in admissions, discharges, and referrals
