Job Description

Clinical Care



Conduct initial assessment and examination of patients. Provide timely medical treatment, stabilize critical patients, and initiate emergency protocols when needed. Monitor and review admitted patients regularly. Document clinical findings, treatment plans, and progress notes accurately.

Emergency Support



Attend to all emergency cases brought to the casualty/emergency department. Perform basic life-saving procedures (BLS/ACLS). Assist senior consultants during emergencies or critical procedures.

Coordination & Communication



Coordinate with consultants for patient updates, referrals, and treatment clarifications. Communicate effectively with nursing staff for proper care implementation. Update patient relatives regarding the patient's condition as allowed by hospital policies.

Hospital Protocol Compliance



Ensure adherence to hospital policies, SOPs, and infection-control practices. Report critical incidents, unusual occurrences, or medico-legal cases promptly. Maintain proper documentation for admissions, transfers, referrals, and discharges.

Administrative Duties



Oversee ward functioning during duty hours. Ensure proper handover to the next DMO/consultant. Assist in audits, quality checks, and other administrative tasks when required.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
