Job Title: Duty Medical Officer (Full-Time)Qualification:- MBBS from a recognized university/institution.- Must be registered with the Medical Council of India (MCI) or State Medical Council.- Basic Life Support (BLS) / Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred.Experience:- 2- 5 years with good Clinical Experience - Experience in Emergency / ICU / Inpatient care will be an added advantage.Job Type:Full-Time (Rotational Shifts - Morning, Evening, Night)Roles and Responsibilities:- Attend to all patients in Emergency, Inpatient wards, and Outpatient departments as per duty allocation.- Provide immediate medical care, stabilize emergency cases, and assist in referrals when required.- Monitor patient vitals, document daily progress, and update case sheets regularly.- Assist consultants and specialists during procedures, rounds, and critical interventions.- Ensure proper documentation of all admissions, discharges, deaths, and transfers.- Maintain coordination with nursing staff and paramedics for smooth patient care.- Handle medico-legal cases as per hospital protocol and legal requirements.- Participate in resuscitation and code blue management as per BLS/ACLS guidelines.- Ensure infection control and patient safety protocols are followed at all times.- Participate in departmental meetings, audits, and continuous medical education (CME) sessions.Skills Required:- Strong clinical and diagnostic skills.- Good communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work under pressure and in emergency settings.- Empathy and patient-centric attitude.- Team player with a responsible and ethical approach to patient care.
