Job Description

Responsibilities

Guest Services:

Provide a welcoming and professional experience for all guests, from check-in to check-out. Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and complaints promptly and professionally. Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing concerns and implementing improvements based on feedback.

Staff Management and Leadership:

Supervise front desk, housekeeping, and other operational staff during assigned shifts. Conduct staff training, mentoring, and performance check-ins to ensure high service standards. Manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage during peak and off-peak times. Foster a positive and professional work environment.

Daily Operations Management:

Oversee all daily front office operations, including reservations, check-ins, and check-outs. Coordinate with other departments to ensure all guest needs are met and operations run smoothly, such as coordinating maintenance and housekeeping tasks. Monitor and report on guest feedback and complaints. Ensure the cleanliness and order of public areas.

Financial and Administrative Tasks:

Oversee front desk financial transactions, billing, and payment collection to ensure accuracy. Monitor and control hotel expenses and assist with budget preparation. Ensure all hotel management software is being used correctly.

Safety and Compliance:

Implement and enforce hotel policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and security regulations, including emergency procedures.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
